Functional Movement Screening - FMS tests a client’s mobility, stability and discovers any potential asymmetries that can lead to injury. This screening helps to better understand a client’s baseline and which movements should be avoided to prevent injury as well as what type of exercises should be prescribed in order to achieve better health. Introduction Workout - Jump right in and put your fitness into action with some good old fashioned hard work! Your session will start with a friendly Q&A with the coach and end in a sweat! Intro workouts begin with a thorough session of skill work on the movements prior to an intense 5-15 minutes workout.
